Diverter Types

Diverter TWBD-E200

Consists of two driven double stacked belts forming a powered transfer gate, which can divert either alternate bottles or batches. An infeed Starwheel in conjunction with Up and Downstream sensors controls bottle flow, with the powered belts ensuring that the bottles maintain a constant speed when transfering.

Diverter 1-2 D.E.S

This unit is similar to the TWBD-E200, however a single "flapper" type gate is used in place of the "Powered Transfer Gate".

Vacuum Diverter

Diverts alternate containers from one conveyor line to an adjoining line. The Starwheel consists of a series of machined pockets with every other-one containing a vacuum cup. The unit is free-running, it’s speed is dictated by the pressure and weight of the queuing containers.
