This enhanced model is controlled by a dedicated P.L.C, the Starwheel  can be readily programmed via an H.M.I by the operator to achieve a set spacing between bottles and / or any variation of grouping required by a downstream process or operation. As the Starwheel indexes rather than constantly rotating, the release of bottles can be synchronised with other processes.
