This
Conveyor Mounted unit ensures that Bottles or Containers of a non-symmetrical
shape are presented in the correct Orientation for any subsequent process by
Interrogating and correcting where required.

Orientates Round Bottles with an Orientation Ramp / Detent for downstream
processes such as Motif Inspection / Labelling.
Watchdog
This
unit provides a Cost Effective means of ensuring and if necessary rejecting
containers that are incorrectly Orientated. Metal Detection, Fill Level and
other sensors can also be fitted.
Starwheel

Combiner
Accepts
containers fed from two production lines and combines them into a single
stream, so eliminating the need to duplicate downstream inspection and packing

two lanes of containers from a single infeed. The diverting is either on a
container by container basis or in groups.
Sleeve
Lubricator Coats round glass bottles with a lubricant after they have been sleeved
to replace the properties of cold-end coating. The unit consists of a double
stacked Linatex Belt unit on one side of the conveyor, mounted opposite a
large ‘open cell’ Lubricating sponge.
