Noshe™ manufactures a range of Orientators capable of handling glass or plastic containers.

Bottle Orientator E50-180-P45

Handles bottles of a non-symmetrical shape due to off-set necks, motifs or lettering which require specific orientation for a further process.

The Orientator allows those that are correctly orientated to pass unimpeded and turns those which require correction through 180°, at average speeds of 120 B.P.M.

Bottle Orientator E50-90-P45

This machine is the same in principal to the E50-180-P45, but is fitted with 90° head. Standard paddles are used, but to ensure the upstream paddles does not obstruct the on-coming bottle they expand allowing time for them to rotate clear of the bottle flow.

Bottle Orientator 180-E50

This slightly simpler machine will rotate every bottle through 180° or 90° depending upon the gearbox fitted.
