This machine detects and automatically rejects oversized bottles, so eliminating possible line blockage. It offers invaluable protection for processing equipment which is sensitive to size and can avoid production bottle-necks caused by jamming and breakages. The unit can also detect a  buldge in a concaved face or label panel.

When an oversized bottle is detected by the sensing rollers it is removed from the line by an independently sited rejection unit functioning at speeds of around 400 B.P.M.

A H.M.I. (Human Machine Interface)  keeps a record of the bottle rejected for line monitoring, and allows timers and counters to be changed by operators.
